Global Aphasia and Anxiety

Im a 20 year OT veteran who has hit a roadblock. I’m trying to help a family with interventions to work with mom who has Global Aphasia and severe anxiety. She has been sundowning, eloping, and appear she has no ability to tell time or understand time. Any suggestions would be very helpful
