Hi Sara, I emailed a few days back and not sure if you received the email…unfortunately I am in the hospital with a incarcerated hernia…ugh…I will email once I get out and we can talk further about getting a template together for the docs and I have some other ideas that have been burning in the back of my brain…especially while I lie in a hospital bed…lol…take care and thats for the article about how OT’s can decrease hospitalization…which truly shows our value again!!
